The Taste on Ellis Menu was designed by Chef Peter Ochoa to lead our guests on a culinary journey. Our food is inspired by Hawaiian and Hispanic fusion cuisine. We encourage the shared dining concept so our guests can experience the wide variety of flavors on our menu. Featured menu items include kalua pork sopes with house made masa and roasted tomatillo salsa. Furthermore, there’s hand-picked SF Dungeness crab cakes and Dry aged steaks as well as American Wagyu beef. The menu at Taste can also be ordered as “a la carte” dining if you wish.
