Hotel Fusion is OPEN for business.

Our Team at the Hotel Fusion understands that our Guests’ expectations for hotel cleaning and disinfecting standards have changed.  This is why we’ve taken measures beyond our industry-leading cleaning standards by partnering with outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention and hotel operations to develop the “Fusion Clean Program.”  We are redefining our already rigorous cleaning methods by providing enhanced training for our employees, increased cleaning of our guest rooms, public areas and adjusted Food and Beverage Service; to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees.

The Fusion Clean Program includes:

  • Face Coverings are required in all indoor public areas.  

  • Public Spaces and high traffic areas are being cleaned with increased frequency, trained staff, and recommended cleaning products.

  • Guest Room cleaning has been elevated and thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants. 

  • Guest Room High Touch Areas such as the coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, alarm clock etc. are sanitized between every guest.  TV Remotes are placed in a plastic covering.

  • Hand Sanitizers have been installed throughout the property at hotel entrances, front desks, and elevator banks.  

  • Social Distancing signage in public spaces will remind our guests the important of keeping 6’ apart.  Plus, we have installed partitions to provide extra level of precaution at check-in.  

  • New Cleaning Technologies are being tested and rolled out including electrostatic sprayers to sanitize all surfaces throughout the hotel and guest rooms.  

Associate Health, Safety and Knowledge:  Hotel associates – and their own health, safety and knowledge are essential to an effective cleaning program.  Here are some ways we’re supporting the associates:

  • Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the speared of viruses.  In our daily meetings, our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act.

  • Ongoing Training:  In addition to training our housekeeping staff on hygiene protocols, hotel associates are also completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.

  • Real Time Information:  The Hotel Fusion has launched an internal communications hub with the latest news and information associates can use to prepare for and respond to COVID-19.

Lastly, we are actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.
